My editorial mission

Galaxys360 exists to provide accurate, timely, and genuinely useful coverage of Samsung products, software, and services.

My editorial focus is:

  • Samsung news, reported quickly but verified before publication
  • Practical explainers that help readers understand features and updates
  • Product coverage weighing official claims against real-world use
  • Reference content built to stay useful after the news cycle moves on

I write for both enthusiasts and everyday Samsung owners — technical where it matters, plain where it doesn’t.

Signature coverage areas

I concentrate on doing a few things well:

  • Firmware and update tracking — rollout status, changelogs, regional availability
  • Device-specific coverage rather than generic Android reporting
  • One UI and Samsung software analysis
  • Practical explainers grounded in real usage

Editorial quality control

Every article goes through verification before publication:

  • Claims checked against official Samsung documentation, press materials, and support pages
  • Specifications confirmed from primary sources, not repeated from other outlets
  • Regulatory filings and certification databases used to verify device details where applicable
  • Hands-on testing where the story calls for it
  • External reporting, leaks, and third-party sources clearly attributed
  • Opinion and analysis visibly labelled and kept distinct from news

Where a fact cannot be verified, I say so rather than implying certainty I don’t have.

Who writes this site

Galaxys360 is written, edited, and operated by Abhishek Mishra, based in Mumbai, India.

Every article carries my byline. As a single-person publication there is no separate editorial review layer — accountability for accuracy rests entirely with me. That’s precisely why the corrections process below is simple and monitored.

I publish under my real name. There are no fictional bylines or invented personas on this site.

Review and evaluation methodology

Reviews are based on sustained real-world use, not spec sheets or benchmark scores alone.

My process typically includes:

  • Extended hands-on testing, with the testing period stated in the review
  • Software testing across relevant One UI and Android versions
  • Assessment of battery life, performance, camera output, and feature reliability
  • Comparison against previous-generation devices and direct competitors
  • Evaluation of price-to-value at the product’s actual market price

I prioritise long-term usability over synthetic benchmarks, and state what I could not test. Where a major software update materially changes a device, I revisit the review and note what changed.

Leaks, rumours, and source handling

When reporting on unreleased Samsung products or features:

  • Sources are assessed for credibility and past accuracy
  • Information is cross-verified against independent sources where possible
  • I clearly separate official announcements, credible leaks, and early or unverified rumours
  • Headlines do not present speculation as confirmed fact

Where an embargo applies, I honour it. If a rumour I reported is later disproven, I update the article to reflect that.

Corrections and updates

I will get things wrong sometimes. What matters is how quickly and openly I fix it.

  • Factual errors are corrected as soon as I’m aware of them
  • Substantive corrections are noted at the foot of the article with the date and what changed
  • Minor fixes (typos, links, formatting) are made without a formal note
  • Retractions: if a story is fundamentally wrong, I retract it and explain why rather than quietly deleting it

To report an error, email contact@galaxys360.com. Full detail is in my Corrections Policy.

I do not remove accurate, fairly reported articles because a subject objects to them.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions are mine alone.

  • No advertiser, affiliate partner, or manufacturer influences what I cover or how
  • Samsung does not review, approve, or preview my content
  • Commercial relationships never affect review scores or recommendations
  • I do not accept payment for favourable coverage

Advertising, affiliates, and disclosure

  • Affiliate links: some articles contain them. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences recommendations or scores.
  • Sponsored content is clearly labelled at the top of the article and produced separately from editorial.
  • Display advertising is served by third-party networks; I don’t control which specific ads appear, and their presence isn’t an endorsement.
  • Review units: where a device was provided by a manufacturer or retailer, I disclose it. Providers have no input into my conclusions.

Use of AI tools

I may use AI tools for research assistance, transcription, translation, or drafting support.

Every published article is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by me. I do not publish unreviewed AI-generated content. Editorial responsibility rests with me, not with any tool.

Conflicts of interest

I disclose any financial interest or personal connection that could reasonably affect my objectivity, and step back from covering that subject.

I do not accept gifts or hospitality in exchange for coverage. Where a manufacturer covers travel to a briefing or launch event, I disclose it in any resulting article.

Ownership and funding

Galaxys360.com is independently owned and operated by Abhishek Mishra, Mumbai, India. The site is funded through display advertising and affiliate revenue. I have no ownership relationship with Samsung Electronics or any device manufacturer.

Galaxys360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
